Dreamhome

Dreamhome is a historic summer estate located near Bryant Pond in Woodstock, Maine, covering 16 acres on the shores of Lake Christopher. Built around 1916 for William and Bessie Ellery, the estate features a Colonial Revival main house, a guest house, and a boathouse, all set within beautifully landscaped grounds designed by Harold Hill Blossom. The estate is notable for its unusual size and scale for the interior of Maine and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996. Visitors can explore the architectural details of the main house, including its French doors and casement windows, as well as the charming guest house and functional boathouse that provide a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle of the early 20th century.
