Liu Residences East

The Liu Residence East Tower, also known as Torre VAO2, is a striking residential skyscraper located in the Valle Oriente district of Monterrey, Mexico. Completed between 2010 and 2013, it reaches a height of 172 meters (564 feet) and features 39 floors, making it the 27th tallest building in Mexico and the 8th tallest in Monterrey. Designed by HOK, Inc., the tower boasts a modern glass-glazed facade and offers spacious apartment units with a gross usable area of up to 220 m2 (2,370 sq ft).
