Lewis-Smith House

The Lewis-Smith House, built between 1854 and 1856, is a notable example of Greek Revival architecture located in Raleigh, North Carolina. This historic two-story dwelling features a low hipped roof, elegant Italianate-style brackets, and a striking two-tier pedimented entrance portico supported by paired Doric and Ionic columns. Situated in the Blount Street Historic District, the house also boasts early-20th century additions, including demi-octagonal projecting bays.
