Stuart Manor

Stuart Manor, located near Lewisburg in Greenbrier County, West Virginia, is a historic home built in 1789, notable for its fort-like limestone structure and thick gray walls. The manor features a two-story stone wing and a verandah, alongside a one-room stone building from 1778 that once served as the county clerk's office. It was the residence of Colonel John Stuart, a key figure in the founding of Greenbrier County, and is the burial site of 'Gov.' Samuel Price.
