Daniel Morse III House

The Daniel Morse III House, located at 210 Farm Road in Sherborn, Massachusetts, is a historic First Period house dating back to around 1710, making it one of the oldest surviving buildings in the area. This 2+1⁄2-story timber-frame structure features a distinctive saltbox profile and is characterized by its gabled roof, central chimney, and shingled exterior. The house was originally built as a three-bay structure and later expanded to its current five-bay configuration in the late 18th century. It was constructed by Daniel Morse III, a descendant of one of Sherborn's first settlers. The property also includes a barn built in 1900, adding to its historical significance.
