707 17th Street, also known as the Jacobs Building, is a prominent skyscraper in Denver, Colorado, completed in 1981. Standing at 522 feet with 42 floors, it was the tallest building in the city for two years and remains the seventh-tallest as of 2018. The building features a unique 'setfront' design, bulging at the 21st floor, and is clad in black glass, exemplifying international-style architecture. It houses a Hilton hotel with 613 rooms on the lower 20 floors, while the upper floors are dedicated to office space. Originally known as MCI Plaza, the building has undergone significant changes, including a major lease by Carter & Burgess in 2002, revitalizing its occupancy after a period of vacancy.
