Quaker Flour Mill

The Quaker Flour Mill, located in Pueblo, Colorado, is a historic site recognized for its rich history and architectural significance. Built in 1869, it is the oldest building in Pueblo and originally served as a flour mill before transitioning to a brewery in 1890. The building features impressive sandstone block walls and has undergone several modifications over the years, including the removal of its fourth floor and the addition of a brick section. In 1976, it was repurposed as a theatre and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places, making it a notable destination for tourists and researchers interested in the region's industrial heritage.
