Harihar Bhawan

Harihar Bhawan is a historic Rana palace located in Lalitpur, Nepal, built by Chandra Shumsher Jung Bahadur Rana for his son. This architectural complex features a blend of courtyards, gardens, and buildings, reflecting the grandeur of its era. After nationalization by the Government of Nepal, it now houses the Department of Agriculture, the National Library of Nepal, and the National Human Rights Commission. The palace suffered partial damage during the 2015 earthquake, but it remains a significant site for those interested in Nepal's royal history and architecture.
