Cullen and Elizabeth Jones House

The Cullen and Elizabeth Jones House, also known as Ferry Road Farm, is a historic coastal cottage located near Edenton, North Carolina. Built around 1810, this unique 1+1⁄2-story home features a distinctive asymmetrical design and an engaged porch. Notably, it served as the post office for the Rockyhock community from 1894 to 1906. The property includes a small agricultural outbuilding and a family cemetery with seven marked graves. Recognized for its historical significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006, making it an intriguing site for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and local history.
