SFJAZZ Center

SFJAZZ Center, opened in 2013, is a dedicated performance venue for jazz located in the Hayes Valley/Civic Center area and was the first building in the U.S. built specifically for jazz performance in decades. The center includes two performance halls, rehearsal and education spaces, and presents a year-round calendar of concerts, residencies, and community music education programs. Its architecture and acoustic design were created to support both live performance and community engagement with jazz as a living art form.
