Administrative Building of Rostov University

The Administrative Building of Rostov University, constructed in 1897, is a significant cultural heritage site located in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. Originally part of the Nikolaev City Hospital, it became the Medical Faculty of the University of Warsaw during World War I. Designed by architect Nikolai Sokolov, this two-story brick building features a distinctive pitched metal roof and unplastered facades, showcasing a blend of architectural styles with decorative elements like pediments and pilasters. Today, it serves as the administration for Rostov State Medical University and commemorates the contributions of notable figures in medical science with a memorial plaque.
