Bauserman Farm

Bauserman Farm, also known as Kagey-Bauserman Farm, is a historic farmstead located near Mount Jackson in Shenandoah County, Virginia. Established around 1860, the main house features a distinctive two-story, three-bay design with a gable roof and elegant late-Victorian woodwork. The property includes several historic structures, such as an early 1800s chicken house, a privy, a two-story summer kitchen from 1823, and a large bank barn built in 1893. This site, rich in agricultural history, was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2010, making it a noteworthy destination for tourists and researchers interested in American heritage.
