Hawkins House (Foreman, Arkansas)

The Hawkins House, located at the northwest corner of 3rd Avenue and 3rd Street in Foreman, Arkansas, is a historic 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure built in 1912. As one of the few remaining properties from the city's early 20th-century boom period, it reflects the architectural style of the time with its vernacular Foursquare design and distinctive L shape. The house features a prominent two-story recessed porch supported by concrete block columns. It was recognized for its historical significance and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
