Kronstadt Naval Museum

The Kronstadt Naval Museum, located on Kotlin Island, is dedicated to the history of underwater diving and the military heritage of Kronstadt in the 20th century. Opened in 2012, it celebrates the legacy of Russia's first military diving school established in 1882. The museum features two main exhibitions: one focused on the evolution of diving equipment, including the operational 'trechlobatovka' helmet, and another highlighting World War II and the Siege of Leningrad. The historic building, dating back to the late 19th century, also serves as a venue for educational events aimed at promoting Russian and local history among youth.
