Theo Chocolate factory and tours

Theo Chocolate, founded in Seattle in 2005, operates a bean-to-bar chocolate factory and retail location in the Phinney Ridge/Fremont area and is known as the city's first organic, fair-trade chocolate maker. The factory at this site offers public tours and tastings that are regularly attended by local residents and visitors interested in chocolate production. Theo's production facility and retail store occupy a converted industrial building where visitors can see small-batch chocolate making, sample products, and buy directly from the maker.
