Trout Hall

Trout Hall is a historic house located in Allentown, Pennsylvania, built between 1768 and 1770 in the Georgian architectural style. Originally a summer home for James Allen, the son of Allentown's founder, it reflects the rich history of the area. The house has served various purposes over the centuries, including as a seminary and the original location of Muhlenberg College. Today, it functions as a museum, showcasing Revolutionary-era artifacts and early 18th-century architecture. Trout Hall is recognized for its historical significance and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
