Bunnadober Mill

Bunnadober Mill is a historic watermill and National Monument situated in County Mayo, Ireland, just 3.5 km southwest of Ballinrobe. Established by 1838, it showcases a unique horizontal water wheel and serves as a significant example of industrial archaeology. The mill features a three-bay single-storey structure and includes a corn-drying kiln added later. Closed in 1980 and acquired by the state in 1996, it houses a collection of artefacts related to its operation, reflecting the ingenuity and resourcefulness of rural Ireland.
