Romare Bearden Park

Romare Bearden Park, named for Charlotte-born artist Romare Bearden, opened in 2013 as a downtown public park and cultural gathering space. The park includes an open-air amphitheater, public art installations, gardens, and pedestrian connections to Uptown cultural institutions. It regularly hosts concerts, festivals, and community events.
