Old St. Joseph's Church

Founded in 1733, Old St. Joseph's is one of the oldest Catholic parishes in Philadelphia and served early Catholic settlers in the city. The church retains much of its 18th- and 19th-century interior and is associated with early Catholic worship in the region. It is located in the historic Society Hill neighborhood and is visited by those interested in colonial-era Catholic history and architecture.
