Alumni Gym (Elon University)

Alumni Gym is a historic 1,607-seat multi-purpose arena located in Elon, North Carolina, built in 1949. It served as the home for Elon University's basketball and volleyball teams until the opening of the larger Schar Center in 2018. The gym underwent significant renovations in 1992 and 2010, enhancing its facilities with modern amenities. Currently, it hosts club basketball teams, intramural championship games, and smaller university events. Future plans include transforming the gym into a campus wellness center, making it a versatile space for student activities and recreation.
