HOPE Outdoor Gallery (Graffiti Park at Castle Hill)

The HOPE Outdoor Gallery at 1008 Baylor St operated as a public, community-accessible graffiti and mural park where visitors and artists could legally paint; the Castle Hill site was active from about 2011 until its closure for redevelopment in 2019. It was widely documented as a rotating outdoor gallery and gathering place for street art, workshops, and photography. The project has been associated with nonprofit efforts and plans to relocate the gallery to a new permanent site.
