Iver Pedersen House

The Iver Pedersen House, one of the oldest half-timbered buildings in Helsingør, Denmark, dates back to around 1700 and is a protected historical site since 1919. Originally owned by an unknown individual, it later became the residence of Iver Petersen, a former mayor of Helsingør. The building has a rich history, including ownership by Jens Vagtmester and a connection to the local ferryman Hans Quie, whose wife Anna inspired the name of the nearby Anna Queensstræde. A significant renovation was carried out in 1911, preserving its historical significance for visitors and researchers alike.
