Meadows Museum (SMU)

The Meadows Museum at Southern Methodist University houses one of the largest and most comprehensive collections of Spanish art outside Spain, including works by El Greco, Velázquez, Goya, and Picasso. The collection was assembled by philanthropist Algur H. Meadows and established as a teaching and research museum on the SMU campus. The museum regularly mounts rotating exhibitions and loans works to other institutions. It also offers public education programs and scholarly research opportunities.
