Ascent MKE

Ascent MKE is a remarkable 25-story high-rise apartment building located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, recognized as the world's tallest mass timber structure at 284 feet. This innovative building features 259 luxury apartments, retail space, and unique amenities such as an elevated pool with operable window walls and a sky-deck offering stunning views. The project, which began construction in August 2020 and was completed in August 2022, received a U.S. Department of Agriculture grant to support the testing of mass timber's performance against traditional materials. Ascent MKE has been showcased at several international conferences, highlighting its significance in modern architecture and sustainable building practices.
