Springs Preserve (Las Vegas springs site and exhibits)

Springs Preserve is a cultural and historical campus that interprets the natural springs that gave Las Vegas its name, with museum galleries, a desert botanical garden, and miles of trails. The site includes exhibits on water resources, ecology, and Southern Nevada history and is run by the Las Vegas Valley Water District. Located several miles west of the Strip, many visitors overlook the Preserve unless they seek out museums or outdoor attractions off the main tourist corridor.
