Mint Museum Randolph - original Mint Museum building

The Mint Museum Randolph at 2730 Randolph Rd is the original location of The Mint Museum and opened in 1936 as Charlotte's first art museum. It houses significant collections of American and European decorative arts, craft, and design, as well as period rooms. The site is located in the Myers Park area adjacent to Freedom Park and remains a distinct example of mid-20th-century museum presence in Charlotte.
