Nickerson Mansion

The Nickerson Mansion, located in Brewster, Massachusetts, is a historic house built in 1907 on the site of an earlier mansion from 1890. Originally a summer home for the Nickerson family, it features luxurious interiors with Italian marble and intricate woodwork. After serving as a seminary for the Missionaries of La Salette from 1945, it has been transformed into 'The Mansion at Ocean Edge,' a boutique hotel that became part of Historic Hotels of America in 2022. The mansion was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a notable destination for tourists and researchers interested in American architectural history.
