The Majestic Theatre

The Majestic Theatre, opened in 1929, is a historic downtown theatre originally built as a movie palace and vaudeville house and later restored for live performances. Designed in a Spanish-Mediterranean/atmospheric style, it features ornate interior plasterwork and a large proscenium stage and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The theatre remains an active performing arts venue hosting concerts, Broadway touring productions, and community events.
