Gibson-Todd House

The Gibson-Todd House, located in Charles Town, West Virginia, is a historic site notable for its connection to the abolitionist John Brown, who was hanged here following his raid on Harpers Ferry. Built in 1891 in a striking Victorian style by John Thomas Gibson, a key figure in the local militia during Brown's raid, the house serves as a reminder of the turbulent times leading up to the American Civil War.
