Warren Rawson House

The Warren Rawson House, located at 37–49 Park Street in Arlington, Massachusetts, is a historic row house built around 1885-90 by prominent local farmer Warren Rawson. This unique 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure features seven identical units and is one of the few surviving multiunit buildings in the area. Rawson, known for his innovative farming techniques, employed up to 65 workers and contributed significantly to the local economy during the late 19th century. The house was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1985, making it an important site for both tourists and researchers interested in the region's agricultural history.
