Paine Estate

The Paine Estate, located at 325 Heath Street in Brookline, Massachusetts, is a historic mansion built in the Jacobethan style. Constructed by Walter Channing Cabot for his daughter Ruth and son-in-law Robert T Paine, the estate features distinctive architectural elements such as Flemish end gables and limestone details. Once part of a series of grand estates along Heath Street, it is now one of the few remaining, having been listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985. The estate offers a glimpse into the architectural and social history of the area, making it a noteworthy site for tourists and researchers alike.
