Westpac Bank building, Normanton

The Westpac Bank Building, located in Normanton, Queensland, is a heritage-listed site that showcases the region's historical significance. Constructed in 1886 and designed by architect Richard Gailey, this single-storey timber building served as the Bank of New South Wales and played a crucial role in the development of Normanton as a commercial hub for the Gulf of Carpentaria.
