Frere Hall

Frere Hall is a historic British colonial-era building located in central Karachi, Pakistan, completed in 1865. Originally intended as the town hall, it now serves as an exhibition space and library, housing over 70,000 books, including rare manuscripts. The building showcases stunning Venetian-Gothic architecture with local limestone and intricate designs. It features a tall octagonal tower and is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Renowned for its cultural significance, Frere Hall is a key tourist attraction, reflecting Karachi's colonial past and artistic heritage, including works by the famous artist Sadequain.
