Cheney Read House

The Cheney Read House, located at 135 Western Avenue in Cambridge, Massachusetts, is a historic wood-frame structure built in 1846 by William Hyde. Notable for its unique two-story Greek portico and four full-height Doric columns, it stands out in the Cambridgeport neighborhood. The house features a distinctive side-entry plan with pilasters and a pedimented lintel.
