David Stott Building (Art Deco skyscraper)

Completed in 1929 and designed by the firm Donaldson & Meier, the David Stott Building is an Art Deco office tower in downtown Detroit distinguished by its limestone base, brick shaft, and setback towers. The building has been repurposed for residential occupancy and remains an architecturally significant example of Detroit's late-1920s skyscraper boom. It is a recognized historic component of the city's skyline.
