Chase-Coletta House

The Chase-Coletta House, also known as the Lillie Ray Chase House, is a charming historic home located in the heart of Burnsville, North Carolina. Built between 1914 and 1915, this 1+1⁄2-story Bungalow/American Craftsman style residence showcases distinctive architectural features such as large gable dormers, a sleeping porch, and a hip-roofed wraparound porch supported by brick piers. The property also includes a contributing shed dating back to around 1925.
