Blue Mustang ("Blucifer") at Denver International Airport

Blue Mustang is a 32-foot-tall blue horse sculpture by Luis Jiménez installed on the grounds of Denver International Airport. Its bright cobalt color and glowing red eyes have made images of the sculpture a recurring subject of internet memes about the airport. During construction in 2006 a section of the sculpture fell and killed the artist Luis Jiménez; that incident and the sculpture's appearance have contributed to its notoriety.
