Lok Bhavan, formerly known as Raj Bhavan, is the official residence of the Governor of Goa, located in Dona Paula, Panaji. This historic palace, built between the 16th and 17th centuries during Portuguese rule, spans 88 acres and offers stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the confluence of the Mandovi and Zuari rivers. The site features a blend of Portuguese and Goan architecture, with a double-storey structure housing the governor's residence, guest suites, and a Durbar hall for gatherings. The adjacent Our Lady of The Cape Church, over 500 years old, hosts an annual feast on August 15, drawing thousands of devotees.
