High Roller - then-world's tallest observation wheel (2014)

The High Roller observation wheel at The LINQ opened on March 31, 2014 and, at 550 feet tall, was the tallest Ferris wheel in the world when it debuted. The attraction features enclosed, air-conditioned cabins that rotate slowly to provide panoramic views of the Las Vegas Strip and surrounding valley. Its construction and operation represented a large-scale engineering and observation-ride first for the Las Vegas Strip entertainment corridor.
