Chihuly Garden and Glass

Chihuly Garden and Glass, opened in 2012 at Seattle Center, showcases the glass sculpture work of Dale Chihuly in a gallery, a Glasshouse containing a suspended glass sculpture, and an outdoor garden installation. The exhibition is closely associated with Seattle's studio-glass movement and Chihuly's long-standing presence in the local arts community. Its installations and the adjacent Hotshop theater contribute to local narratives about Seattle as a center for contemporary glass art.
