Premier Tower

Premier Tower is a striking mixed-use skyscraper located at the intersection of Bourke and Spencer Streets in Melbourne, Australia. Designed by Elenberg Fraser, this architectural marvel stands at 246 meters (807 feet) tall with 78 levels, making it one of the tallest buildings in the city. Originally proposed in 2014 with a height of 294 meters, the design was modified to avoid casting shadows on the nearby Yarra River. The building's unique design is inspired by the curves of the human form, reminiscent of Beyoncé's silhouette in her music video for 'Ghost.' Developed by Fragrance Group Limited at a cost of AUD$430 million, construction began in January 2017 and was completed in 2021, adding a modern touch to Melbourne's skyline.
