Hotel Kaddatz

Hotel Kaddatz, also known as Hotel Wm. Barkley, is a historic site in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, built in 1914 to accommodate legal professionals and court visitors. Designed in the Renaissance Revival style by architect George Hancock, the three-story hotel originally featured 75 guest rooms and a restaurant. Although it was once the city's premier hotel, it was overshadowed by the River Inn and ultimately condemned in 1981. The building has since been transformed into an art gallery and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it a notable stop for tourists and researchers interested in local history.
