Hannah Robinson Tower

The Hannah Robinson Tower is a historic 40-foot wooden structure located in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, built in 1938 by the Civilian Conservation Corps and reconstructed in 1988. Named after Hannah Robinson, a colonial figure who faced familial opposition in her pursuit of love, the tower offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Narragansett Bay. The site also includes a preserved rock where Hannah once sat, making it a poignant memorial to her life and legacy. Managed by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, the area serves as a public open space, inviting tourists and researchers to explore its rich history and scenic beauty.
