Hillside is a historic house located at 310 Litchfield Road in Norfolk, Connecticut, built in 1908 for heiress Helen Hartley Jenkins of the Remington Arms fortune. Designed by prominent architect Alfredo S.G. Taylor, this Tudor Revival structure features a stunning combination of fieldstone, half-timber, and stucco, set on a picturesque 45-acre wooded lot with expansive views. The interior boasts a grand main hall with a 40-foot timbered ceiling and a cozy inglenook fireplace. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982, Hillside reflects the rich architectural heritage of the area and has been thoughtfully renovated by artist Arden Harriman Mason in the early 21st century.
