Johnson's Building, Warwick

Johnson's Building is a heritage-listed set of shops located at 64–70 Palmerin Street in Warwick, Queensland, Australia. Constructed in 1898 and designed by architect Conrad Cobden Dornbusch, this historic site showcases a richly decorated facade that contributes significantly to the streetscape of Warwick. The building has undergone several alterations and expansions, notably in 1900 and 1913, and has housed various businesses over the years, including the Royal Bank of Queensland. It is associated with prominent local figure Thomas Alexander Johnson, a former mayor and member of the Queensland Legislative Council. Listed on the Queensland Heritage Register in 1993, Johnson's Building is an important example of early 20th-century commercial architecture and reflects the historical development of Warwick's commercial center.
