Delmar Fieldhouse

The James M. Delmar Fieldhouse is a modern 5,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Houston, Texas, serving as a hub for various athletic events, including basketball and volleyball games, as well as graduation ceremonies. Opened in 2017 after a $35.2 million construction project, the facility features a unique removable court that accommodates both high school and NCAA play, adorned with the HISD logo and a depiction of the Houston skyline. Historically significant, it was once the home court for the Houston Cougars men's basketball team and hosted notable events such as the first NCAA tournament game in Houston. The arena is part of the larger Delmar-Tusa Sports Complex, which includes additional sports facilities.
