2025 Chongqing anti-CCP protest

At approximately 22:00 on August 29, 2025, in Xijie (熙街), Chongqing University Town, Shapingba District, Chongqing, China, an individual used a projector to display slogans critical of the Chinese Communist Party onto the exterior wall of a building. The projection lasted about 50 minutes before being stopped by the authorities, and attracted considerable public attention.
