Charles Boyd Homestead Group

The Charles Boyd Homestead, located in Deschutes County near Bend, Oregon, is a historic ranch complex consisting of three buildings constructed between 1905 and 1909. This site represents the early settlement period of the Bend area and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The homestead includes a main house, bunk house, and ice house, showcasing the architectural integrity and craftsmanship of the time. Originally part of a 600-acre ranch, the homestead was relocated in 1979 to preserve its character amidst old growth pine trees. Today, it operates as a gift shop called Pomegranate Home and Garden, offering visitors a glimpse into the region's pioneer history.
