Joseph Andrews House

The Joseph Andrews House, built in 1851, is a historic Italianate-style residence located at 258 Linden Street in Waltham, Massachusetts. As one of the city's oldest examples of this architectural style, it features distinctive wide eaves, paired brackets, and elegant entryways. Originally constructed for Joseph Andrews, a leader in the local Swedenborgian Church, the house has a rich history tied to the development of the area by Charles Harrington. Although it has been relocated and modified over the years, it retains many original features and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1989. Visitors can appreciate its historical significance and architectural beauty in a residential neighborhood near Bentley University.
