Adam Road Food Centre

Adam Road Food Centre, located in Bukit Timah, Singapore, is a renowned hawker centre that opened in 1974. It has a rich history, including a significant upgrade in 2002 that introduced solar panels, making it the first hawker centre in Singapore to do so. The centre is part of the Bukit Timah Heritage Trail and has attracted notable visitors, including U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. In 2023, three of its stalls received the Michelin Bib Gourmand Award, highlighting its culinary excellence.
